My 2008 Jeep Liberty would not start. Neighbor got it started. At first he thought it could be the starter. Now smelling the oil cap, he said it smelled like it was mixed with a little gasoline. Will a diagnostic detect this or is it a waste of time and money? He mentioned getting a UV tint product to find out where it may be leaking. Just looking for some advice.
