So when I turned 16 it was either between a yellow Nissan exterra in Miami or a silver sport kj in my hometown. All said and done the kj is what I chose because I was terribly anxious to get a first car. And I figured what the hell the 4 wheel drive might be kinda fun. little did I know. Extremely glad I got the kj instead of the exterra. I've put a lot of money into it, and my longtime girlfriend is very jealous of my "love" for it. She's not a jeep chick (chevy cobalt) so I don't expect her to understand.. Anyways here are the pics of when I first got it.

Ok not completely "stock" I blacked out turn signals and brake lights. headlights aren't blacked out just wanted to see how it would look and these are the only pics of back then...

Update: Light Bar (I'm an idiot and only double sided taped the lightbar on and it flew off going like 60.)

Update: Frankenlift HD, Relocated fogs wired them to turn on with driving lights no switch.

haha Thanks guys. And idk. Theres quite a few in ft. myers area. At least six totally different places I can think of off the top of my head that are all huge. cops try and block them off but there's so many entrances to most of them.
heres the last of my pics as it stands today.. I'm only 17, but have spent everything I earn on the jeep and did all installs myself which saved SOOO much money. Cause like budke my friends also made fun of it. who's laughing now.. ha

It looks as if you may be a cheater......lol

See one might assume. but that's the craziness of that whole ordeal. My girlfriend spent the night when this happened. Two girls that I have never dated or done anything to did this. AND I never cheated. lol common misconception.

Nice Effin KJ!
That Rig looks wicked with the blacked out Bumpers, flares, wheels
and front marker/tail lights!

In my opinion, A Silver Sport is the best colour for a KJ!
I like the gray bumpers/flares just as much as the Black bumpers/flares
like on your KJ!

Tough decision.
Considering I already have enough semi-gloss black paint for my wheels.
And thats the colour of my Backbone winch mount.

By the way?

Let your friends laugh, there just jealous they don't have a sweet looking
ride like yours!

Cheers

I'm hagin out with my wife Jen at her work this morning and showed her the photo's of your Rig and she say's.

"Ya ok, I really like the black wheels, bumpers/flares! OK! Go for it! Paint 'em black, I can hag with that! "

I'll be leaving here in an hour or two and going to work on our KJ.
It's time to rip the front bumper off and mount the Backbone this week.

Cheers

What kind of paint did you use for the bumpers and fenders and such?
I need to complete my murdered out look and the gray fenders aren't helping.
I was thinking painting them or putting some bedliner on them.

I used VHT Epoxy Paint in satin black. DON'T SAND IT. I sanded one and it looks like sh*t. it might look nice if you used some extreme grit sandpaper but just cleaning them very good with dawn worked for me (use your pool if you have one makes rinsing very easy) i took each piece off to paint them took a can each side. So 4 cans and that's a good two coats on everything. I'm eventually going to bed line my belt line down though. this was just to hold me over till I get the balls to sand my baby's paint.
