In November of 05, I bought my OME lift kit from Eddo which wanted more lift and went for the franken lift. He kept his back springs and I bought my OME hd springs from All J's.

They have proved to be to big and I dont like them. Im wanting to sell them and find some rubicon rims+smaller tires. Thinking about the Geolanders since they weigh less.

Jeepjeepster.......niceKJ/pics/mods but I am curious as to why you say the tires are too big. With your lift do you have a rubbing problem when turning/flexing?

Had to get daystar extended rear bumpstops to stop rub in the back, the front will rub kinda bad when backing up and turning.

The rubbing doesnt bother me, its the loss of torque that gets me. The weight of the cragars and the generals is just to heavy without 4.10:1 gears. I want to go down to 245/70.16 tires. I wish anything I wouldnt of let everyone talk me into those when I was ordering them. I wanted the 245/70 tires but everyone said I should up them a size... #-o

Do you want them?

Got back most of the torque that was lost with the 255/70 tires and can only notice a small lost over stock tires going up hills. It doesnt downshift like it did with the 255/70's and mpg seems to be good.. \:D/ Im a happy camper.. Or should I say Jeeper..

Looks sweet! =D> The 245/70s look just right for the lift. I think I will go with the 245/70s after my Rusty Coil Lift is installed.
