Hello, i hown Jeep kj 2002 2.5 crd. I have issue with rear axle brakes, literally i have no rear brakes only front.

Replaced master cylinder, abs block, all brake discs and all pads, calipers tested and works fine, all system bleeded many times and there is no bubbles in. Lines are okey, no signs of leaking.

Just dont know what else can cause this issue.

Welcome to the forum. So you have a 2002 diesel and you have rear disc brakes, not drum brakes.
I really do not know what is up with this issue.
With both rear wheels off the ground, spin the tire forward and get someone to apply brakes, does the tire stop spinning?
If not, in my mind there still could be air in system, or how the master was bled, even the calipers may be at fault, possibly other members may have a better idea what may be up IDK..
Go though the FSM and see if you may be missing something else.
