I just picked up an 03 liberty sport. I did some searching and didn't find much on how to hook up an ipod to the stock radio. Someone mentioned that you can get this one off ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2002...53213138QQptZCarQ5fElectronicsQ5fInstallation

Would this work for any model liberty and radio? I believe this is just the single cd player.
Are there any other options other than the one off ebay? Maybe from a local store or something?
Has anyone used one of those radio frequency adapters that you can just plug into your cig lighter?
Thanks!

I would strongly recommend one of the units you linked to (commonly referred to as an "AUX Input") over a radio frequency adapter or FM modulator/transmitter type device. The sound is so much better using an AUX input. Lowest price I found on eBay is $59.99 shipped. That particular model doesn't charge the Ipod for you. The one you linked to does. Here's the cheaper model...

The input is the same for all 2002-2006 or so Chrysler vehicles, so don't mind the Dodge Stratus stuff, it'll work in your KJ. I have one in my Jeep for the XM radio and it works great. The adapter plugs into the back of your factory radio in the socket that a CD changer would normally plug into (make sure your radio has one of these, it probably does). Then you connect the Ipod to the adapter using a headphone type jack and hide all the wires. Very easy install, very easy to use, excellent sound quality.
