HVAC Vacuum Lines

Salutations Everyone! Happy Saturday!

So I’m thinking of flushing my KJs cooling system because it has Prestone Orange Coolant and I want to change to the Manufacturer recommended HOAT Zerex coolant. In order to do that I need to make sure my heater works in order to correctly flush the system (any recommendations on how to know it’s working would be appreciated). I tried using it the other day and I didn’t quite feel it was blowing hot air; so that led me to verify the Blend door actuator and in the meantime I stumbled upon son disconnected vacuum lines.

#1 Was behind the glove compartment, a green one. I noticed the Tee next to it was plugged everywhere it should be but that green one was left hanging.

#2 Is behind the coolant reservoir in the engine bay. It’s a Tee with an upper, left and bottom vacuum line; in which the left one someone cut off the line and stuck a screw in to plug it.

I’ll try to upload the pictures. Right now My AC works only on the cold side and none of the actuators work (no blend, no floor, no recirculation) where are these lines supposed to be connected to? Any recommendations? Any thoughts on changing coolants?
I’m frightened of doing the change and having regular coolant an HOAT coolant mix which I read isn’t pretty

Check the vacuum supply line connection from the "TEE" where it goes through the firewall on the right hand side of the engine compartment for the HVAC controls. Then check all the vacuum lines from the "TEE" back to the supply connection at the brake master cylinder booster. See *diagram.
Replace any broken or collapsed vacuum tubing lines. A common problem with the small plastic vacuum lines.
Replace ALL vacuum tubing with good silicone vacuum tubing available online by several vendors. Silicone vacuum tubing is impervious to heat and oil!
