Hi I'm Diane, and recently I bought a 2002 Jeep liberty

I love my Jeep but I'm having some problems with what I believe is the ignition system,
When I turn my key to the off position I can still play the radio, lighter works, windows roll up and down, it's like it's stuck in the ACC mode, and it's draining my battery What should I do?

Welcome, sounds like potentially a worn ignition.
Any auto locksmith should be able to figure it out relatively quickly.
There is a video that shows how to remove it from steering column.

The actuator replacement pin is made by Dorman, if that is the issue IDK.
