So my 02 3.7 has no codes but slow crank any ideas but some times have turn the key to off position and back then it will start any ideas

Check that the battery is good under load, the battery connections are clean and tight, the negative lead going to the chassis is clean and tight and the earthing strap that grounds the engine to the chassis is clean and tight both ends.

BillWill hit the chicken in the tuckass that is exactly what i would say check all the connections. Make sure everything has good strong grounds. You can not make positive power without a good negative/ground.
