Does anyone know how or even if it is possible to install heated/power mirrors on a 03 liberty that has only power?

Any help would be great.

Thanks :happy160:

Yup. The wiring is already there, just get heated mirrors and plug in (I did).

Thanks guys! Did you put in your own switch? If so where did you splice into the wires to turn them on and off?

They are tied into the defrost system for the rear window. You turn on the rear defroster, your mirrors heat up too. Plug and play. If you can get oem mirrors, I have found that aftermarket stuff tends to not be as high a quality.

Ok, dumb question but - how do you know if you have heated mirrors. Was trying to adjust my drivers side the other day and heard a snap sound. Now mirror moves in and out without any resistance at all. Not good. So, I need to replace.
