Having issues accessing site on Android smartphone

This has started in the past week. I cannot access unless I delete all cookies for this site and then refresh, then after I login it goes back to the previous behavior and it doesn't seem to matter if I use mobile data or connected to a wifi with the phone

Works just fine for me on 5 different devices spanning at least a half dozen network, using 3 different versions of Android to include 15)
Fix your junk.
(and yes, that's my professional advice, as a LAN/WAN specialist)
