A friend of mine wants a lift for his TJ. Not alot. Just a 2" lift probably. If Rusty's has a lift that's worthy, then I'll probably steer him that way since I'm ordering from Rusty soon, too.

Any recommendations?

If all he wants is 2" and his current coils are still in good condition, I would just go with a budget boost. Their all pretty much the same, except for the shocks. From what I am told, guys like Skyjacker Hydros over Nitros for a good ride. OME shocks are also well liked.

Here is a 2.25" BB, as most other 2" BB's are actually 1.5" when done.

A BB will allow for him to run up to 32" tires. This is what I am going to do to my TJ one of these days. You can also go to a coil lift, but they do cost more as you start to replace more parts as you go up. There are also body lifts, as some guys also add a 1" body lift.

TJ's have tons of options! He should pick up a Quadratec catalog.
