Fuse box queston

I was trying to track down a problem in an 07 that I have a thread on elsewhere on here and I see it has these fuse holders of some sort for two of the fuses. One is white, the other is yellow and they pull out to disengage but how do you access the "cage" to change the fuse if you need to?

They are secured for a reason. Why do you want to mess with these?

I have a similar issue where the white one keeps losing connection, radio, dome lights, etc go out. If I wiggle It, they Come back on how can I get a reolacement or swap the fuse...probably just need to hit the junkyard,..

Remove the + & - cables at battery first, would be highly recommended.
Once pulled forward you can access the fuse though the hinged top.
