I am trying to diagnose a recurring P0093 code on my 06 CRD. It could be air getting into the fuel line, but I wanted to run the details of the error which were recorded by folks here to see if you think it might be due to fuel rail pressure, or something else. Here are the numbers:

Calc Load 59.2%
ECT 185F
MAP 32"Hg
RPM 1600
Speed 8mph
IAT 163F
MAF 5.07 #/min
Fuel Press 10768

Thoughts?

The rail pressure doesn't look too bad. They suffer massively from air leaks into the fuel system, there isn't a lift pump so the CP3 pulls all the way from the tank.

I have more problem than you, gasoline leak and pressure. The CRD 2006 KJ drive good until you request more power. Then come the red oil warning and the CRD engine stop immediatly. My garage tried it on a 20 kms drive.
@KJowner can you help me to locate to buy the following parts on Autodoc Germany, especially the T one ( IMG_0306 ) wich is probably not available ? Gasoline sensor 45962073F, 5159964 (15) et regulator 68020556AA - 45962072G (13) found both on Autodoc Germany.
I need help on the IMG_0306 the T tube shape :)
I found this:

Hi, that is the fuel spillback or leak off tee, I'm not sure it's available any more new, I might have one on my parts Jeep, I'll have a look when I get home, if it's still there you can have it. I'm at work for 5 days now so it will be after that.
The other part is the rail pressure sensor.
When you say oil pressure light do you mean the fuel pressure or engine lubricant pressure?

That's a bit worrying, can you get a pressure gauge teed in to check the pressure.

My garage replaced the 2 parts et rebuilt the hose’s diesel injection. Orange motor light disappeared after 10 miles et keep during 2 days. Then I went holidays in Thailand. I will keep you updated when I will be back in one week, but seems ok.

You can fix that. The fuel pump or lift pump off of a Dodge truck will fit perfectly on the CRD fuel tank. There is a wiring kit to make it run. The CRD computer is already programmed to run it. Look in the Resources Tab above and it's in there. If you do add the lift pump, remember to use your original float arm on the new fuel pump module.
