Fuel neck grommet

My fuel neck grommet on my 2010 Liberty is non-existent and the fuel neck is flopping around. I just ordered the new grommet and I am wondering if anyone has ever replaced one of these and how I go about that. Thanks in advance for any at all suggestion

Never seen one go bad in all the years I have been around them/working on them
.what happened to it ?
Just gone / fell apart ?

Yes sir she deteriorated to the point of no return

Got the new one on. Just had to work it in a bit. Good as new.
