Last Friday night I took my wife out for a nice dinner and we shared a bottle of wine. Then after a good cigar and some window shopping at an out door mall, I drove the KJ home. Nothing like a good woman, wine, and a KJ. No rant there! \:D/

OK, time for a KJ flavored rant. Gas is approaching two dollars a gallon here in Texas and my Libby is getting progressively worse gas mileage. When I first got it, I averaged about 17 overall. Then I put the ATs on it and it went down to about 16 and a half. However, over the course of the last several months the mileage has gone progressively downhill to the point of being depressing. I am now averaging a robust 13 and a half over the last several tanks. My KJ is stock except for the ATs, but they are the upgraded stock size. I expected my mileage to go down after I added my impending lift (hopefully) and bigger tires, but I didn't really expect this. Had it tuned up, but that didn't help it at all. I am just frustrated and wanted to share.

ung....this is probably the only thing I hate having the Jeep, stupid ass high gas friggin prices, we're up at 2.15 (the lowest I might add right now) in NYC and with my driving style coupled with city traffic, im lucky to get above 15 mpg

i filler her up yesterday (2.17) and i paid like 37 or so bux.... ](*,)

Just wait until China is using even more of the world's oil supply...

But I really do enjoy driving my KJ, so I don't mind filling her up! I admit that I do watch the estimated MPG in the EVIC. Nice feature. I saw it read 24.1 once on the interstate, but it usually reads in the 18's.

I washed the KJ today, and I was finishing up when I noticed a greasy smudge on the leather trim on the inside of the door. It was no doubt left by a grease monkey at the dealer (I had the oil changed recently). Just a rag would not remove it! It required some leather cleaner. How rotten!

That sucks man, I am always worried about this whenever I take mine to the shop for whatever reason. No one treats my Jeep the way that I do.

ok so the house has about 230 seats set up, why in the world would u give out 280 tickets?!

beyond me, suffice to say, an additional 32 seats were set up, and we had to give people that were 2 minutes late, TWO minutes that we couldnt let them in. very very bad managing.

the producer is damn cute tho..... \:D/
