Front différentiel problem

Hello I am having a problem with my Vitara 2003. The front diff will not engage. I toke a vacuum hose directly from the intake to the front diff vacuum Nipple. And nothing happens, it will not engage. Cane there be a problem with the diaphragm on the actuator inside the diff??????

Interesting, you have Suzuki Vitara 2003 with a front diff engagement issue. You do realize that this is a Jeep forum right?
I'm sure someone here knows how to fix it !
