Fluid leaks?

I’ve noticed I have a coolant leak. Topped it off last month and already had to top it off again. In my search for the coolant leak I noticed some other areas that are leaking. Can you help me identify potential issues?
I noticed what looks like maybe oil coming from front drive shaft.

Then I also noticed that two bolts for the transmission right above the oil plug were leaking too.

Thoughts? Looks like this might be a bigger job than an amateur should take on.

the driveshaft one is probably the pinion seal.

The other might be the oil pan. cant really tell from the pictures.

Can you ID the fluid?
Oil, gear oil and ****** fluid have very distinct smell.
