Flat Rate on a couple of tasks?

Flat Rate on a couple of tasks? (trans cooling lines, thermostat housing)

'02 Liberty LTD, V6 4WD, Auto trans.

I have more spare cash than I do time, so...

Any idea what the flat rate should be for:

1. replacing the transmission cooling lines. And, are there other tasks called for when that is performed?

2. replacing a cracked thermostat housing. Same question about other tasks. Probably a flush is called for?
