Dealer sells me a lower priced item?

Ordered some skids from one of the local dealers and he replaced the transfer skid I ordered # 82209455 which lists for $49 with part #52129091AA which lists for $16 and as far as I can tell, they are identical. =D>

The difference is that one comes with nut-zerts and hardware, the cheap version does not...IMO it should not cost $33 for a few pieces of plastic and a few bolts.
