2005 jeep 3.7,Code p0204 on obd2, car won’t pass 2000RPM, replaced fuel injector 4 and connector to #4 no luck, Noid light won’t turn on, help please

I'd pull the big connectors off of the ECM and make sure they are clean and reattach. Otherwise you could test the continuity of the wire from the ECM connector to the injector #4 connector. I don't have the wiring diagram so you'd need to figure out what pin is the correct one. If you don't have continuity there then the wire is bad if you do then the ECM may be the problem.
