He forgot to review the vehicle..... all he does is just tell people what kind of radio KK has.. That's about it..

Well, trying to make a base model of any vehicle sound cool is never really that good. Base models are normally stripped of everything, hence base. He makes it sound like he expects all the bells in a base model.
