carquest waterpump

Anybody use one? Is it a good one or goes bad in a couple months? I know some things are better to go to the dealer so just wondering if this is one of those things.

Water pumps are a crapshoot. You never know what you're gonna get.

Car quest is the advance auto now?
I know Napa is recommended and i believe gates manufactures them.
I'll look up the carquest part

Hum, it looks ok. Most of the reviews are good. Has a plastic impeller same as oem and Napa/gates.

I replaced mine with an AC Delco, so far so good (two years ago)

Well I went ahead with a carquest one for my new motor. I will report back if it fails prematurely.
