I have been reviving an 03 Liberty 3.7 that sat undriven for 5 years. I’ve got it driving and got a P0551 code. So I buy the sensor. I’m ready to replace it and the connector is dangling. It’s not connected to anything. It’s come unplugged. And, for the life of me, I can’t find the daggum sensor. I have hunted with my remote camera. I have looked from underneath and on top. I’ve traced the high pressure line and there is no switch port there. But the connector is there. And the code is clear. So where is my sensor? Could it have actually fallen out? If so, where do I install this new one? I’m losing my mind here. Lol.

Thanks. But my line goes under the driver side headlamp. And my high side line does not have a switch port in it.
I am beginning to think a previous owner had a persistent leak from the switch and did away with it by getting the line without a switch port. But they just left the plug dangling. So I’m thinking I should just cut the connector off and connect the wires together.
