On the way home, found out that I could have taken I-94 to US-127 and bypassed all that crap I had to go through.

Go figure, eh? Wish I had known all of this beforehand. When I was on my way back, they still had US-12 blocked off so I had to take US-127 back (the detour a state trooper sent me to), and my GPS directed me straight to I-94. You guys do NOT know how pissed off I was.....

Took a LOT longer that way but oh well.

... when I move, I'm only gonna be 45 minutes away!
