Brake Light on - Ebrake or Master cylinder?

Brake Light comes on right away when you start the car.
Last week I flushed the brakes and put in Valv sae 3 & 4. took a few days for light to come on.
I bled the brakes with my new Vacuum Bleeder, but the light on the dash is still on.
Could it be the Ebrake switch? (can I get to it easily or do i have to remove console?)

I found a 2nd break in the ABS/Speedometer wire. After fixing that, the Brake light stayed off.

Thank God for that!
