I've checked on different forums and have heard every brand under the sun from copper to platinum to double platinum to iridium.

What do you all use? Has anyone noticed problems using a platinum or iridium plug?

KJ's likes copper core spark plugs & what is recommended on the under hood sticker!
Replace em every 35-40 k miles, gaps can get eaten up, as coil pack fire em real hot.

The proper, best, and OE spec'd plugs are so affordable there is zero reason NOT to use them. I used a set of Autolite plain jane coppers for about 24,000 miles, they worked out ok but at that mileage I was starting to get rough idle..

The OE NGK's went in, problem went away, and it seems that they are lasting longer as well; still will change them out every few years anyhow. At roughly $2-something a plug, and an easy 20 minute job...why not?
