I’ve got a little belt squeal at times. The belt looks pretty good so I’m figuring that the tensioner may be going. Of course I’ll replace the belt as well. I’m trying to get the parts but there are the 2 sizes (76 or 90 I believe). So am I crazy to think that a minor occasional squeal is the tensioner and not just a worn belt? How do I know (without going out to measure) what size I have?

While the belt is off you can also check for play in all the accessories & tensioner pully's.
The current mopar part are 2x 76mm pully's.
The OEM Mopar belt is also best quality EPDM and last an exceptionally long time, & should be changed together with tensioner.

And if you flip out like I did, u take the Mopar plastics pully's off & replace with GM real steel, quality bearings, custom sized EPDM belt.

Care to share part numbers for the steel pulleys and different belt size?
