I burned out my fuel pump relay due to low voltage. Was going to sell it but saw this. in short, works flawlessly, and was a 10 minute install. NO issues in the first 5 days and has made the Liberty dependable again!

Is it a solid state replacement for the relay?
What does it do that a new fuel pump relay wouldn't do?
Just curious what the benefit is, my Jeep doesn't even have lift pump lol.

This is a solid state push in circuit board that bypasses the TIPM fuel relay. The factory relay is soldered on the circuit board that is inside the TIPM. I wouldn’t even attempt to replace it. The only fuel pump that these have are the ones in the tank so there is no lift pump. Saved a lot of time and money. Looks like it grew there.

Sounds like its a solid idea. But unfortunately, i’ve learned with these TIPM units, that once 1 relay goes, Others aren’t that far behind. Hopefully others have had a better experience.

AMAZON also has the bypass wire you can use in the fuse box. That is what I started with
