Why does the 927 and 731 say they only lift 1.5"?

ARB is an Australian company, in that they have certain restrictions to amount of lift etc
so they are advertised as 1.5 inches of lift to meet those regulations
but we all know that that combo will give you 2.5 inches

    Clear now ?
    or clear as mud ?

Is it normal for the rear springs to be loose when there is no weight on them?

The shocks are on. I need to torque them.
the springs are about half an inch from the top isolator gasket. 3/4" from the top plate.
