Unless there is something that I am missing, I see a capped port for your a/c system. No adjustment there. Black cap unscrews and you see something that looks like a tire valve core. Attach a/c gage set (manifold set) and you can access your a/c.

there should be another one somewhere nearby. High side and low side ports.

High pressure port in red, low pressure port in blue.

Thanks for replies! Referring to the red arrow.... Should I close the screw cap completely? Noticed the cap is not fully tightened and its yellow mark is aligned with a yellow mark on the base.

Jpm, there is not much to it. It is just a cap for the access port.
Don’t wrench on it. It just goes finger tight. It is meant to keep dirt and debris out if the port. It won’t hurt anything if you’d like to take it off and look to see.
