I have an '06, and that stupid handle bar that runs accross the passenger dash takes away 4" of leg space when I'm in the passenger seat (during long road trips, etc.). Has anyone removed this? Can I just replace it with one of the plastic strips that come from an earlier model? I'm 6'3" and the bar is always right into my knee caps! ...Wouldn't want to image what would happen if I got into a front end accident when I'm in the passenger side. :icon_eek:
