I saw these yesterday too and was really kicking it around. May sound stupid, but I am not very interested being that it's 4 wheels. It's my way of justifying not purchasing them If it was 5, I'd have a hard time saying no.

I bought 5 with good useable tires ( brand new spare) 2 years ago for less money than that. I would offer less and see what he does
