231 in place of 242

I have a 2005 3.7 auto 231 tcase donor vehicle. Will this tcase bolt up behind my 02 limited 3.7 auto 242? Thinking of swapping the rear axle to gain disks at the same time.

I think you can change just the brakes, no need to change entire axle. Have no idea on the t case.
