2011 Liberty heater distribution box

I was not getting air in the foot well area, I could feel heat but no air. Took to dealer, they informed me the code said to replace the distribution box. The dealer wanted almost $2000.00 for this task. I thought I could take it upon myself. I took out the seats removed the center console, removed the dash and gauges. Unfortunately there is a sub skeleton covering the distribution box and I could not find any point of attachment so I could remove it. Any suggestion?

I also have same issue with a 2011 liberty , any help out there
