2011 Cargo tie downs

How do I remove the cargo tie downs from my 2011 KK. I have the three pronged bit, but the screws do not loosen up. They simply turn and turn. Does anyone know hoe to remove these ? I would like to fabricate some metal tie downs that I can actually use. The factory plastic ones are pretty week.

There's a gut over on lost that mounted a cargo rail on each side and on the back of the rear seats. It's not expensive and can be purchased from Grainger or summit racing. I plan to do the same thing.
