16" x 8" Rubicon fit

I have raised the front of my 06 Kj 3/4" with clevis lift. I hammered down the pinch welds. I want to run 16" x 8" Rubicon rims to widen the KJ's stance. Will this give me room for bigger tires? Best size?

Some have fitted 245-70-16s on MOABs but thats a little wide for them.
You maybe able to go with 255-70-16s but it would be tight with only 3/4 inch of an inch of lift

So 245-75-16s would be better? Or are 75s to narrow for the 8" Moabs?

Nevermind, I see now that 245-75-16s are too tall.
