Hello Tommudd, you seem to be the most knowledgeable guy on the website for strange problems! Got a friend with a 2008 Liberty. He is a Chrysler mechanic and was telling me that his brake lights will stay on after shutting it off and getting out. It's not the brake pedal switch as that was checked and replaced. He was telling me it could be the TMIP box and there could be a non-replaceable relay inside it? Have you heard of this? Have there been any other reported issues on this?
I am usually the guy who guys to the local junkyard so he has asked me to look for the box. Any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
