08 Liberty stuck in 4wd

Any help would be appreciated
2008 Jeep Liberty stuck in 4wd
I have a U0431 final drive control module
I have no idea where that is located
The 4wd motor works & ive swapped the switch out & also the ecu

Not a lot of info online on this.
One site did mention that removing the transfer case fuse J2 did get it unstuck.
The dealer has schematics etc and should be able to advise even over the phone where the final drive control module is located.
