I have an 02 Jeep Liberty Sport, First, I had heating troubles (vents only heated on 1 & 2) or blew cold air , Then the air works and dont work, Now everytime It rains, my floors in front are getting soaked, First, I just felt dripping on my legs but now, floors are WET. I cleaned out Cowl Drain,to the best of my ability. I dont know what else to do, or what it could be. I Know its water, Not antifreeze.

I think your problem is actually on top of the windshield there should be a piece of weatherstripping that runs a long the top of the windshield. and it is a common area that rust forms at so hat you will want to do is remove the weatherstripping on the top of the windshield and then sand down o bear metal than paint with something like POR 15, then fill the area with silicone and lots of it.
