Have you done the "Big 3" to your engine/alternator/ground? You could also add a capacitor or two inline with your amplifier. Also, it wouldn't drain your alternator, only your battery. If your battery is draining, check to see if your alternator is good, then check your battery. May need...

Jeep actually has a recall on this problem and you can get it fixed for "free" at the dealership. However, if you have tinted windows, you will need to get the replaced wondow tinted as they change out the glass as well as the regulator.

Actually, the rear speakers are powered differently than the front. Check your wiring diagram for the factory head unit. When I swapped mine out and added an aftermarket HU, two amps, crossovers, subs, etc... there are seperate wires for the front and rears. The dash and fronts run off the...

The dash speakers aren't a tweeter, they are a small full range speaker. If you are looking solely for a tweeter it would be best to put a crossover on them since they are ran parallel to the front door speakers. This would cut out the low freqs being pushed to them.

Is the radiator still for sale? Mine has a small leak and needs to be replaced.

The Jeep takes 6.5" speakers on all 4 doors. You can buy any quality 6.5" and slap them in. Removing the door panels is pretty too... couple of screws and then pull it off so you can take the door handle bar out of the little plastic tab. The panel will come off after that. The dash...
