Had to take jeepy in today for 60,000 mile maintenance schedule. Does the dealer actually do what the Jeep recommends to be done at each level, (ie oil change, diff change, spark plugs etc) or do they just visually check hoses, belts, and lube up the chassis?

Recently i noticed that the heater controls only work at 3 or 4, when i have it at 1 or 2, it doesn't seem to blow much air (if any) Any ideas?

i used it and it worked, then went to use it again and i can only hear the relay clicking, checked the fuse and its fine (not blown), googled the issue and found that our Jeeps have two horns?? so i cant believe that BOTH horns would have died at once. any suggestions?
