Seems like any little crack or bump in the road pushes/pulls my steering. Is there a way to tighten this up, or are some parts in need of replacing?

When the wheel is at full lock and am turning it feels like the whole tire is slipping/moving almost like a wobble of sorts. Seems to be only when turning left. Any thoughts????
