    Fuel filter add on?

After having a chinese fuel pump throw stuff into the injectors and mess them up, I realized the oversight of the 2005 system. In the injected planes that I work on for a day job, they use a fuel filter before and after the pumps in case the pumps eject debris. Thusly, I want to add a filter at...

    Shutdown moan at tank 2005

I have been wrestling extensively with issues on my 2005 reaching the 200k miles mark. It has historically had a random dislike of restarting hot, which then reared its ugly side when I replaced the fuel pump. It had leaking injectors. Replaced them. Replaced crank sensor, all ignition coils and...

    Bucking at 40mph

Recently I have noticed the lib has a "buck" or hesitation when at 40mph going up a hill I get behind someone. It doesn't do it if I "OD OFF" button, but it's like its confused on the gearing. Going up the hill faster or slower doesn't make an issue but 40 does. Is this fairly common? As stated...

    Cabin air blower not blowing

When I turn the fan speeds 1-3 I get nothing. 4(max) works as it should. This is a 2005 stock lib so nothing unusual in it. I took the blower control panel out and looked it over(just the dash part) and found nothing amiss. The pneumatics work fine and it makes heat, but no blower in the lower...

    My horn blew, Literally :(

I just put my new harbor Freight air horn kit on today and it sounds nice, but I went to test it and the circuit went dead(It fired like 5 or 6 times in the driveway). I can't find any blown fuses under the hood or a fuse marked horn. Is there a hidden fuse somewhere or am I screwed?

    My attempt at rack bars

I decided after a trip to home depot to get lumber that I needed some bars to tie to on my 05. Capitalizing on stock I already had, here is what I came up with.... It is composed of 1 inch diameter galvanized conduit. The fasteners are tractor hitch pins of the size to fit the pre-drilled holes...

    Transmission cooler, Need or not?

I was suprised to see how cheap these are, but I need to know whether or not this is a need or just 'bling'. I do highway trips, which in Pa are rather hilly, and I have a 2500 lb GVW trailer which I tow a fair ammount, sometimes on said trips. I heard these transmissions can overheat, so I was...
