    KJ ABS not working.

To see if you have an ABS pump, look on the left hand side in the engine bay, beside the Aircon evap cansiter, there you'll see all the brake lines. If you have ABS there will be a big motor there and you'll see all the brake line in and out of it. If you only see a metal block with brake lines...

HOW TO: 'Band-aid' a shot Steering Rack Bushing

HOW TO: 'Band-aid' a shot Steering Rack Bushing

I did a similar fix on my 04 , except I made the washers out of nolathane. I bought a couple of nolathane bushes, and made the 3mm washers by cutting off sections. Very hard wearing, still going strong.

    The Belafonte... My KJ

The spotties are Narva 225's. They put out a very good light spread, and , have heaps of power. Lift actually came out of my old V6. I had a set of custom rear coils made, they can hold a full load in the back and keep it around 4in or so with the load. The front are OME 790's from about 4...

HOW TO:Have Your Snorkel And Eat It Too

Look thats all good, for some its good for others its not, really you either have it or you dont no biggy. Bugs and very dusty conditions, There's a Pre-filter for that, an oiled foam sock that goes over the head. And it is always wise to use one in extreme conditions with the hat inlet...

    Does your Liberty lean?

Nope, they hang to the left here too..... Both my KJ's have a lean to the left, My old V6 developed it, I replaced the coils, twice, twice it came back. My new "older model" CRD KJ came with the lean. Only thing I can think of is torque.

HOW TO:Have Your Snorkel And Eat It Too

The standard air intake of most vehicles pull in a far more concentrated dust factor that a real snorkel does. Theory is, its not just the dust particles in the air directly infront of the intake opening, air hits the front on the vehicle and runs along collecting dust as it goes accumulating...

swap from gas to CRD? anyone ever tried to do this?

I always wanted to do something like this, and I did, the best and easiest/cheapest way to swap from a V6 to a CRD engine is to swap cars.. I'm in the process of swapping over all my mods from the petrol to the CRD KJ, then I'll sell the petrol one.
