has anyone had any expierence with these tires? i just purchased 245/70/16's for my 03 libby sport. from the reviews they seem good. just curious if anyone on here has run them before. here's a link to what they look like...

well, the dealer still hasn't found a front driveshaft for my 03 liberty, and yesterday when i pulled in the drive way, the water pump went. there was antifreeze everwhere. thank god it went when i was about home. so i had to have it towed to the dealer. my warranty only covers 25 miles loaded...

sometimes i wished my kj had abs(mainly in winter driving). i have an 03 sport that doesn't have abs.

went to the dealership b/c they ordered the driveshaft, and guess what?? they ordered the wrong one.???? so now i have to wait til next week. you think they would know what part to order?

i have, but wow!!!! i've had my jeep since 07 and the only thing wrong with it is the front drive shaft(which broke about a week ago), its covered under warrenty anyway tho. my 03 has 88k on it.

its being fixed under warranty. just waiting for the part to come in. they told me that it would be ok to use the 4x4 when needed(i have the part-time) and it won't hurt nothing, so they say...... here in the northeast i kinda need the 4x4....lol...

is this a common accurance for the liberty's front drive shaft to go bad?

yup, gonna cost me $100 to get if fixed. would it be safe to use the 4x4 if i have to til i get it fixed. susposed to get 10 inches of snow tomorrow. gonna cost 275, but i have a 100 deductable.

ok, well, its popping or grinding or something. only in 4x4 tho. not in 2wd. when it hastorqe on it is when it makes noise. there gonna replace the front drive shaft $165+($100 deductable) its def. metal tho. sounds like the tcase but i guess it wasn't. i'll find out when they fix it and try it...

went to the stealership today, had them look at my 03 jeep, they came out and said it was the front drive shaft thats making the noise, not the transfer case? said something about the splines on the front shaft being the culpret. i recorded the sound with my phone, so i'll try to include the...

i would also suggest checking the gas cap. if the seal is bad, it will turn the check engine light on. had this happen to my other car. turned out the seal was bad, just needed a new gas cap. also, don't let the car run when pumping gas, this also will set the code off. may not be your problem...

i also have the in-channel. i've seen the stick on ones, didn't care for them.
