I meant the whole belt tensioner...the ones I bought have had a lame spring that outlast the bearing. Found one on Amazon with a 5yr warranty. Ordering that, and an affordable Time Sert (single size kit) for $20. Making sure I get the correct bolt as my Dad used a 8.8 (good for timing belt bt...- LadyLiberty¹

Grey smoke - lots of it!
The upgraded glow plugs make it run better...or I just see how it supposed to sound with all injectors firing properly at last. Mos def PB-Blaster to remove, just to be safe. Especially in the wetter climates.- LadyLiberty¹

Time-sert sounds like it will work! I would consider the Helicoil which is better than the Redneck idea my dad had that may have worked...but yeah. Thanks for the suggestion. I was about to start the salvage yard hunt for a donor.- LadyLiberty¹

So here's a Tim Taylor moment. Doing my own glow plugs. I leave my torque wrench suspended against the råd hose overnight. The bolt* ended up breaking when the belt was set and I was finally done, glow plug upgrade a sucess....but yeah. *.* Pops extracted it...the new bolt...idk how, didnt...- LadyLiberty¹
