I would bet my left arm there is a broken tooth on the gear controlling the mode door. This happened with my 2011. I really appreciate the responses, yall! I'm replacing suspension and I&O tie rods too so everything is undone. Persuasion by force does in fact seem to be the answer. Passenger side water leak
I have the exact same issue on the driver's side of my 2011 Liberty. However, I do not have a sunroof. I'm not totally sure but I believe rain has been getting by the rubber boot for the door's wire harness.- ReniTheRenegade
