We took my jeep to bring our niece back to her people today. We got 6” of snow last night, and our usual road down had not been plowed yet. So, we were stuck going 40-45mph since it was hard to tell what was road and what was ditch.

The whirring noise is still there. It comes on around 55-60mph. My buddy at work thinks it could be a bearing either in the transmission or the t-case. I’m hoping it’s not.
I crawled underneath to check fluids tonight, as I’ve had a whirring sound coming from the t-case area. That fluid looked brand new, and so did the tr@nny fluid. What I did find, was that the O2 sensor wire had draped themselves across the front output flange and had worn completely through, and...
My traction control is so sensitive I can barely move without burning the clutch in 2wd. But, if I turn into my driveway and dump into first gear, I can get a little slide plus a light show on my dash :D
My jeep got backed into yesterday by a buddy. Luckily, he has a high flatbed on his truck, and it was butt to butt. He bumped the spare tire and rocked the jeep a little. Absolutely no damage. It was the cherry on top for him, as we had just declared the motor in his main truck seized and dead.
It was purely visual for us. The garage is typically 25F, so smell isn’t much issue tight now. Mice can be, though. I’ve had them infiltrate the bags before.

Also, the speedo says 75, but real speed is 70. If anyone knows what could cause that error in speed (through the whole range, even) that would be pretty cool.
