    Basic timing belt question

    Recently aquired a 05 CRD with 83000 miles. I have no idea if the timing belts have been replaced. Somewhere I read that they need to be changed every 100K miles or 6 years. So 13 years says it should have been changed twice. Also with only 83K should I still change the water pump. Or just...
