Blown OME - Moving to Bilsteins

4600 are great quality option, i have them on my 03 Liberty for 5 years now without any issues. I think price/quality ration is best with these.

chasing the elusive front end clunk

Most likely its your sway bar links. They always make that noise, upgrade to universal ball joint link to get rid of it once and for all.

So would you say it’s worth upgrading to 265/75r16 with my setup or am i asking for more trouble then it’s worth?

    265/75R16

I’m currently deliberating my next tire size for my 03 Liberty. Currently i got 245/75R16 on MOAB rims, i got OME lift plus two conduit clevis spacer and JBA UCA up front and two isolators in the back, regeared to 4.11, pinch weld pounded over. I’ll be building a custom front bumper so i thought...

    Front Differential Bushing Replacement??

The two you gotta press out, no way around it. One just the rubber has to be removed, heat the outside with a torch and use a socket to push it out, once it’s hot enough it should pop out pretty easy.

    Selec trac swap

I’ve done it it’s not difficult. As long as your new transfer case comes from the car with same transmission it’s an easy swap. No driveshaft replacement necessary. You don’t even have to flash the computer, you just won’t see the “full time” light.

Muffler Dripping water on Cold day

If you look closer, there is a small factory drilled hole above the lip on the bottom of your muffler. Water is a normal product of combustion, so its there to allow it and any trapped condensation to drain out.

    Fuel pump flange

So as we all know the fuel pump flange on 02-04 Liberties is no longer made and the only one way to get one is from junk yard. My question is, why does it brake in the first place. It seems like an item that shouldn’t brake unless something is being done to it. So how did everyone end up having...

    Dyno Test

I decided to do the test cause i was curious how much power Jeep lost over the years. Turns out almost nothing. Results came back 171 hp & 183 lbft of torque.

Curious if anyone tried CB Engineering lift kit (https://cb-engineer.com/products/jeep-liberty-kj-front-coilover-suspension-lift-kit), and if so what are your thoughts and impressions. It’s the first time i’m seeing shocks with remote reservoir for Liberty. Looks like maybe aftermarket parts are...

    Ball jointed sway bar links

I had some time now to try out the ball jointed sway bar links and i have to say what a difference! The Jeep handles A LOT better, especially when going over bumps. Suspension just feels a lot smoother. Plus it eliminated most of the front end noise. So if anyone is thinking of installing these...

    CV Axle upgrade

I tried them. Axle themselves are not bad but the boots are made of fairly hard rubber and cracked within a year. So be prepared to change boots out
